The first week requires some personal commitments to the diet guidelines. Calories are restricted for the three meals a day “starter” week. Snacks, limited carbohydrates, generous fruits and vegetables are part of the healthy eating habits plan. You will consume enough calories to lose fat, not muscle mass. You will get stronger and leaner.
Every weight loss program must include exercise. Walk 20 minutes three times a week, that’s all you need unless you get really motivated.
